Emailed and phoned 6 times, his voicemail not working, visited in person twice - no one spoketo me on the property!!!! . Finally got email back, told me to complete preliminary paperwork and that I'd be called back within 24 hours...no callback. Called him, surprised he answered, after reminding him about who I was and the particular 2 vehicles I was interested in, was told he has too many calls to remember each one...despite the fact that paperwork had commenced. THEN he added, the 2 vehiclesthat I'd been trying to see for 10 days...were sold. Hey Edmonton working guys...Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Just bought the Ford Taurus sho from one stop auto sale. The gentlemen was professional and knowledgeable. They even fixed the one little issue before delivering the car right to our house. (Which helped us out a lot) the only issue we have is how we found an Empty beer can under the seat. And would much rather a full one. But the rest of the car was spotless. And I anticipate Enjoying the car for a long time.

Made an appointment with them to see a car at 5:30, they said they'd say open for me since I made an appointment. I had to get off work early to make it in time for the appointment. No one was there. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. I'm an accountant and its tax season right now so getting off work early didnt sit well with the boss. Thanks one stop auto sales for nothing.Also I notice most of their 1 star reviews are met with a reply with some sort of excuse, cant wait to see what they say to this if they even do.In conclusion shop somewhere else unless you are crazy desperate for a vehicle.
