Worst dealership yet! They sold me a car without warranty because (they didn’t think they could fit it in my finance) then when it started to have really bad problems they told me they’d never work on my car again. Better yet just a couple days ago I was gunna trade the car back in for something brand new and they ran my credit without even asking me nor having me sign anything so it made it difficult for the dealership I bought my new car from to get me financing!!!!! Then they called me at 6:30 in the morning to see if I was still interested in the car so uncalled for!

Worst neighbours ever. Canada Day and they decide to redo their parking lot. Its almost 8 pm and we've been listening to commercial blowers and paving equipmemt since they closed at 5. They have zero regard for anyone but themselves!! Don't even get me started on the music in the parking lot, the paging system and the flags/streamers around the lot!

If you're looking for a dealership who only cares about the commission they'll earn, you've found it. We bought a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve from Mike, and felt nothing but pressure to seal the deal that day. It's been MONTHS since we've bought the Jeep and have yet to hear back from Mike about the mats and the DVD player we inquired about. Not to mention we went to place a principal payment on it, and found out the interest rate they told us is 2% higher. Don't go here. Head to Leamington Chrysler, Twyla will take great care of you. She actually cares about her clientele.

I bought my 2015 Ram “used” from Countryside, and the Engine blew up shortly after my first oil change. “Buyer Beware”! Recently this winter my air suspension froze up, and they tried selling me a new air compressor. I put off the work for a few days considering taking the truck to another shop. When I called and told them I wasn’t going to have the work done there, all of a sudden the compressor was fine and just it turns out the truck just needed to thaw out in a heated shop, saving me thousands. Needless to say, not pleased with Countryside Chrysler!
